D/E Ladell Myrick

D/E Ladell Myrick was called to the ministry in 1980 while a member of the Apostolic Assembly Church whose pastor was the late Dr. Clarence Otis Lee. In 1981 he was appointed as secretary of the Ministerial staff. The following year he met and became acquainted with and married Sis. Gina P. Hughes. They have five children Titus, Genina, Leah. Philemon and Daniel. Elder Ladell Myrick continued to serve the Lord when Bishop Jerry L. Jones succeeded Dr. C.O. Lee. He was elected the Minister's Alliance Chairman in 1987; and during his tenure in the P.C.A.F. organization he was called to preach at numerous revivals throughout Illinois, other surrounding states and in the southern part of the county.

While chairing the office of Minister Alliance, Elder Ladell Myrick became a teacher at the Excelsior Bible College Located at the AALJC; where he taught the Old and New Testament Survey, and a special focus toward the books of John and Romans. Then God in His infinite wisdom called Elder Ladell Myrick to Pastoral office and in 1995 he was installed Pastor of Deliverance Temple Apostolic Church Inc.
In July 2014 Pastor Myrick was elected District Elder by the Illinois State Council Diocesan Bishop of P.C.A.F.I. Bishop Jerry L Jones Sr. In July 2015, he was consecrated as District Elder. Pastor Myrick was appointed to the Urbana-Champaign Sanitary District as a Trustee by the Champaign County Board in 2017 where he currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees. In 2016 Pastor Myrick was elected to serve as the Assistant Pastor's Alliance Chairman of the Illinois State Council of the PCAFI and, in 2020 he was elected to serve as the Assistant Council Chairman of the Illinois State Council of the PCAFI in which he currently serves in both capacities.
